All orders are handmade with care and creativity, just for you. Our standard production time is 7–10 business days before shipping, unless otherwise stated. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for custom/bulk orders.

We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, Stitchwichs is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or damaged items.

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier for any issues related to delivery.
