Since all items are made-to-order, processing typically takes 7-14 business days. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — please contact us to inquire.

Yes! All of our products can be customized. Whether you want specific colors, text, Greek letters, or a custom design, we'll work with you to bring your vision to life.
Q: Do you offer group or bulk orders?
Absolutely! We love working on group orders for line jackets, family reunions, events, and organizations. Group orders of 5+ items receive a discount. Contact us to discuss your project.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we work closely with you throughout the process to ensure your order is exactly what you envisioned. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
Q: What Greek organizations do you create for?
We are a licensed vendor for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. We also create custom apparel for members of other Divine Nine organizations and Greek letter organizations — just note that licensing requirements vary.
Q: How do I place a custom order?
Use our Custom Order form to tell us about your project. Select your product type, provide sizing details, describe your design, and we'll follow up with a quote within 24-48 hours.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout. For large group orders, we may also arrange payment plans.
Q: Can I see a proof before my order is made?
Yes! For custom designs, we'll send you a digital proof for approval before production begins. This ensures everything is exactly right before we start stitching.
